Ingredients: For the Tomato Cheese Sauce:
1 cup tomato pizza sauce
8 cloves garlic, roasted
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp of Italian Seasoning
sea salt and black pepper to taste
For the pizza:
2 cups of broccoli florets
1 red onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup sliced artichoke
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup Vegan Mozzarella
1/2 cup Vegan Parmesan
1/2 cup sliced artichoke
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 large gluten-free cauliflower crust
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Instructions:
Steam the broccoli for 6 minutes and let cool. Then slice it up into chunks. Combine all of the sauce ingredients to make the tomato cheese sauce.
On a gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust evenly spread the tomato cheese sauce.
Then layer red onion, red pepper, sliced artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli and sprinkle Vegan Mozzarella on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 410°F and garnish with Vegan Parmesan, chilli flakes, sea salt and black pepper. Enjoy!
